CNHS board members are chosen for their business experience, experience in government, and understanding of the communities served. Through a nomination and election process, the Board of Directors is representative of the following: residents of neighborhoods served; professions such as legal, real estate, accounting and lending; ethnic and cultural diversity of Cumberland; public officials who serve as ex-officio members and; individuals recognized as leaders in the community.
