Welcome to North End Neighborhood Watch

Formed in May 2001, the North End Neighborhood Watch is registered as a non-profit organization existing solely to help fight crime.  Membership is open to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or disability.

The purpose of this organization is to:

  • Assist law enforcement agencies.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of various law enforcement agencies.
  • Encourage citizens to adopt ways to help prevent crime in their neighborhood and community.

The organization meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Canada Hose House located at 400 North Mechanic Street in Cumberland, MD.
