Larry Stewart
Larry Stewart, the first executive director of CNHS, is pictured on the
right in the second row looking towards Santa Claus as he places the star on the Christmas
tree. December of 1982 was the first Christmas celebrated by the CNHS.
Pictured to the left was the newly installed "Olde North Cumberland" sign at the
Queen City Drive Parklet on North Centre Street. The sign was donated by Don Fischer
Signs. 
Larry Stewart stands with his staff in front of the old CNHS office on the 500 block of North Centre Street, next to the Potomac Valley Pharmacy. Pictured on the left is Dave Cox, Rehabilitation Specialist, who is now employed as the Building/Zoning Officer for the City of Cumberland. Michelle Whitacre, on the right, was the office manager until 1986.
