Rebecca Reuse Skupas
Rebecca Reuse-Skupas worked for the CNHS for nearly ten years. As a consultant for the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, Rebecca assisted with the incorporation of the CNHS. She also served as executive director. Rebecca has always been a very accomplished public speaker and would give credit to the neighborhood residents for the successes of the CNHS.
Rebecca Reuse Skupas applied for a grant and received thousands of tulips bulbs from Holland. These beautiful red flowers still adorn the tree pits on the North Mechanic and North Centre Streets.
