Robert Hill, pictured in the middle, assisted in planting tulip bulbs in the tree pits on the North Mechanic and North Centre Streets.  "Bob" served as Vice President of the CNHS from 1982 to 1994.  He was known for his gentle spirit, kindness, wisdom, and dedication.  G.
